I want to organize my Nascar trading cards by year. I noticed that usually there are 2 dates on a sports card...one in tiny tiny print on the backside and the one in front (for instance PressPass '05).
Which date do you go by because sometimes they don't match.

What date do you refer to on a sports trading card?
The small date is date info was collected.The company-series date is the best to use(Press Pass '05)
Reply:the one on the front. The date on the back is when it was printed, not the year of the set.
