What are some important things to look for in rookie trading cards? Also, what brands are more valuable, in the long run, than others?

LOW NUMBERED INSERTS ARE THE MOST VALUABLE.
Reply:#'d lower than 100...meaning only 100 of that card made...it will be printed on the card such as 50/100
and i think the playoff contenders is about the best bang for your buck..in each box you get 3 autographs and alot of them are shortprint with upwards to about 400$
