How to make trading cards holographic?

I want to know how to make trading cards (like yugioh or magic the gathering cards) holographic.


I would also like to know what kind of pens to use to color in cards, and if there is some way I can use a white (but enough to where lines show) background in order to be able to color in cards better.

How to make trading cards holographic?
Making a card holographic requires a great deal of money and sophisticated machinery. The foiling is added during the card making process and simply can't be replicated by hand. I guess you could use pens with metallic ink to mimic foiling but it wouldn't have the polish of real foiling.
